Western Scale services all makes and models of scales and industrial weighing equipment. Calibrations are performed to Measurement Canada standards with certified test weights and may be combined with "Legal for Trade" inspections. All service is completely documented for customer records including ISO operations or other quality management systems. In order to help minimize downtime, Technicians are radio dispatched in fully equipped test trucks for quick response.

Regularly scheduled maintenance is the best method to ensure your weighing systems are in proper working condition and in compliance with all Measurement Canada regulatory requirements. Western Scale staff will work with you to customize a Preventative Maintenance Plan according to your specific weighing equipment, operating environment, documentation requirements, etc.

WSCL Technicians are factory trained and equipped to install, calibrate and repair weighing systems to exacting standards. In addition, Recognized Technicians performing inspections are trained and periodically reviewed by Measurement Canada. All Technicians are bondable and members of the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers union.
All service vehicles and test trucks are fully equipped to respond to priority calls. Test trucks carry 10,000 kg (22,046 lb) of government certified test weights used to perform calibration checks and inspections. We utilize 2 types of test weight delivery systems, ensuring we can get the job done in any type of plant configuration.
WSCL maintains a large inventory of parts, load cells, indicators and loaners for all types of scales and weighing systems to improve response time and minimize downtime.
WSCL test weights are calibrated and certified annually by Measurement Canada.
Our unique position as a 100% Canadian manufacturer gives our Technicians the advantage of being supported by our Engineering and Fabrication facilities. Any mechanical, structural and electronic challenges beyond the standard scope of service can be met.
